Who we are

Signature Charity Foundation Geelong is a volunteer-driven registered charity foundation (approved as a Registered Tax-Exempt Charity and Deductible Gift Recipient) operating in the Geelong region with a mission to raise funds for local Geelong families and individuals in need, and other charities.

The foundation also strives to get people more engaged in helping others and will accomplish its mission by organising fun, active and social events, major raffles, golf days and many other such activities.

As an Australian Taxation Office Necessitous Circumstances Fund we assist these families out of financial necessity, where their resources are insufficient to obtain all that is necessary to relieve their circumstances that have arisen from illness or sudden loss.

The particular circumstances giving rise to financial necessity will not necessarily be permanent. It could be to meet short-term financial need. The most common method we assist in relieving circumstances is by direct distributions of money or goods to the person.
